The surfing area at Wulfener Hals and Burger Binnensee (lake) is well-liked and a real surfing hit. Cracks and beginners from all over come here to practice their sport. One of the leading surfing and catamaran schools - Surf- und Katamaranschule Windsurfing Wulfen - has established itself here.

From Easter until the end of October up to 10 VDWS-experienced instructors teach beginner, intermediate, adult, youth and children (5 years and older) courses. The surfing shop and the rental station offer equipment by leading manufacturers.
